relaxation

Relaxation at Work!

It is important for your mental and physical health to find a few minutes each day to relax. At work, you can do this at your work station by just averting your eyes from your work for a few minutes (or seconds), taking some deep breaths, and thinking of a pleasant scene or image. You could also take a short break and walk away from your work station (if possible). Taking these approaches several times a day can prevent stress from building up leading to other difficulties.
